Delayed Oct 2026 Visa Bulletin

This is the first time since the pandemic that I’ve seen the October Visa Bulletin delayed this long. Immigration lawyers have shared different theories and assumptions about what may be causing the delay.

At this point, all we can do is wait for the official bulletin rather than speculate too much. Hopefully, it will finally be released today and give us some clarity on the new fiscal year and the possible movement in the priority dates.
