BEEST movies and series formats

Hi guys,

Whats your go to format (WebDL, Remux, WebRip...), what bitrate and file size?

I'm really lost in all that, don't know what to look for, too much combinations.

If you could explain to me, what is what, and what is the sweet spot, I would be really greatfull.

Thank you.
