The Worst PE Experience I Ever Had (And What It Taught Me)

I wanted to share one of the worst premature ejaculation experiences I’ve ever had. Not because I like thinking about it, but because it taught me something important in the long run.

It was with someone I really liked. We’d been flirting for weeks, everything built up, and when the moment finally came… I barely lasted 10 seconds. Literally. No foreplay could save the mood after that. The disappointment in her eyes still stings when I remember it.

At that time, I felt completely broken. I avoided seeing her again because of shame. For days I couldn’t focus on work or training – all I kept thinking was, “I’m not a real man. I’ll never fix this.”

But eventually, after sitting with that feeling, it woke me up to realise: 👉🏻 This isn’t just about technique or lasting longer. 👉🏻 It’s about how much pressure I put on myself in the moment. 👉🏻 It’s about how tense and disconnected from my body I was.

Since then, I’ve been working on learning my body better, breathing, reverse kegels, and understanding arousal control instead of just “trying to last longer.”

💭 Question for you guys: What was YOUR worst PE moment, and what did it teach you about yourself?

Let’s normalise talking about this. You’re not alone, no matter how embarrassing it feels.
