Why is Procore so bad at implementing simple quality of life changes?

Looking at you drawing overlays. People have been voting on it for years now. Call me crazy but Ive seen FAR cheaper software do it many times better. Also, highlighting and notating specs. Ive seen quite a few people request this for some time, but no movement. Its crazy to me that a software this expensive, moves at such a slow pace for simple tasks
