Balancing Soft Skills with AI Adoption

I'm interested to hear how different organisatiuons are balancing the desire to adopt Tech/AI Tech with the development of the Team. One approach I heard recently was pairing up experienced team members with new starters, especially Gen Z, so that they could benefit from the exchange of experience/communication skills with the AI comfort of the upcoming generation. What's your approach?
