I went through the rules of 5 major $50K futures prop firms...

I've been looking at $50k accounts lately and ended up comparing way more firms than I originally planned lol.

I was mainly looking at the stuff that actually matters once you're funded, rather than just the advertised account size or profit split.

Right now, my personal top 5 would probably be:

1. u/lucidtrading Flex 50k
2. u/tradeify Select Flex 50k
3. u/takeprofittrader 50k Test
4. u/myfundedfutures Rapid EOD 50k
5. u/bulenox Option 2 50k

- LucidFlex is probably my favorite out of these right now. I like the funded EOD structure and the fact that there isn't a bunch of extra stuff to think about once you're actually trading the account.

- Tradeify Select Flex is really close for me. I like the flexibility there, especially being able to choose the payout model after passing.

- Take Profit Trader is kind of the "safe/simple" choice in my head. Nothing particularly fancy, but the structure is easy to understand.

- My Funded Futures Rapid EOD is probably the one I'm most curious about. EOD drawdown + daily payouts while funded is a pretty nice combination. My only issue is that Rapid EOD is currently just the 50k, while some of the others have more account sizes.

- Bulenox Option 2 is last on my list, but I can still see why someone would prefer it depending on how they trade.

I'm not saying this is some definitive ranking. It's just where I'd put them based on the rules I'd personally want to trade with.

I'm curious though, because I'm sure people here will have completely different opinions.

If you had to pick one $50k futures account today, which one are you taking?

And what actually makes it your #1?
