substance induced psychosis

Hey r/psychotic :)

I have substance-induced psychosis, where maybe 1/50 times when I'm very very drunk I'll experience psychosis and my mindset completely changes. I have attempted to evacuate a nightclub due a 'bomb threat', screamed and warned my friends of an 'end of the world nova explosion' and also experienced a zombie outbreak that ended up with me spending a night in a jail cell. Luckily I think I have found out the actual drink that causes it, and so far I have not had an episode for 9 months or so.

If you want to know more about my stories, or just talk please post. Also I am very happy to talk if anyone is in a similar situation... It caused a lot of shame and humiliation for me which is not healthy in the long term, it's better to talk with someone about it :)
