Quite some rip off going on if you rent from Public Storage (in Union City CA)

Quite some rip off going on here.
Aug 2024 I rented one unit for $313.
4 months later in Jan 2025, they raised it to $426.
6 months later in July 2025, they raised it to $553.
Today (April 2026), they raised it to $682.
So in less than 2 yrs, they raised the rent more than DOUBLE!
Guys, they don't into this trap.
