SanDisk hit an all-time high of $1,861 on June 3 then dropped 11% in a single session two days later after rumors emerged that Nvidia may cut the SOCAMM memory configuration for its Rubin NVL72 platform, reducing total capacity per rack from 55TB to 28TB. The stock has since bounced back to $1,627 after Morgan Stanley confirmed the cuts are supply-constrained, not demand-driven, and three major analysts raised price targets on the same morning: BofA to $2,100, Mizuho to $2,200, and Cantor Fitzgerald to $2,900. SNDK is up over 600% in 2026 alone, and over 4,000% in the past 12 months.

Rift has the SNDK perpetual futures market live in the app right now. The stock is at $1,627, off its $1,861 peak with three fresh analyst targets between $2,100 and $2,900 above current levels. Up to 10x leverage, no expiry, USDC-settled, 24/7 from your phone. You can trade one of the most active AI memory stories in the market without touching a brokerage account.

Rift puts institutional-grade news and market intelligence next to every trade. It's like having a Bloomberg terminal in your pocket. When the next Nvidia architecture update or memory supply headline moves the tape, you see it before the retail crowd has opened their app.

This is a derivative contract, not equity. No shares, no voting rights, no ownership. Long or short, sized to your risk, closed on your terms.

Next earnings are August 13. Between now and then, Vera Rubin rack shipments ramp in Q3, Nvidia's full memory supply picture becomes clearer, and any hyperscaler capex update is a direct read-through to NAND demand. The newsflow is not slowing.

Some traders are adding to SNDK on the pullback because Morgan Stanley confirmed the Rubin memory reduction is a supply constraint, not a demand signal, and that customers will revert to full configurations as supply catches up, which means the selloff was a misread the market is already unwinding. Others are stepping back because Nvidia has named SK Hynix as the preferred memory supplier for Vera Rubin going forward, raising a legitimate question about how much of the next architecture cycle flows to SanDisk versus a direct competitor, and the stock at 57x earnings after a 600% year-to-date run has very little margin for error if that partnership dynamic shifts further.
