Having trouble with automatic roller

Does anyone know why when I use the powermatic 5 why some cigarettes come out fine perfectly filled and perfect draw but then some are stiff and almost non smokable? I have the machine on the lowest fill setting and it’s helped but not completely any recommended thing to get the smokes coming out good consistently
