Radioddity GD77 (OpenGD77) USB cable connecting problem on WIN11 (no COM port)

Has anyone encountered the COM port and drivers problem on VIN11? I made a cable according to the instructions, USB to 3.5 and 2.5 mm connectors, it was used in boot mode on the device, Windows reported that something was connected, but the COM port is not read anywhere and the CPS software does not have the possibility of connecting to the GD77 device. Is there a specific driver? Some version of CPS? I tried everything alive. also installed FTDI chipset drivers, etc.
