Why some real estate projects appear in AI recommendations and others in the same micro-market do not

Strategy

Tested this across North Goa, Porvorim, and Panaji specifically. Same query type, different results per project.

The projects that appear consistently share one structural characteristic: the same verified facts about the same project appearing across multiple independent sources that AI already trusts.

Not just the developer's own website. Not just their Instagram. Not just a JustDial listing.

Housing com listing with complete, consistent data. MagicBricks listing with the same project details. Independent editorial mention or market report citation. Third-party portal cross-reference. RERA registration data consistent with all of the above.

When these signals align — same project name, same developer entity, same location, same price range, same key facts across all sources — AI builds confidence and includes the project when a relevant query arrives.

When they conflict — different pricing on different platforms, inconsistent project names, missing data on key portals — AI hedges or excludes.

Most developers have fragmented project data across platforms without realising it. A data audit across every platform where the project is listed is the first diagnostic step.

When did you last check whether your project data is consistent across all platforms where it appears?
