Fixed fee of 30€.

Steps to take before contacting me:

1	Make an order from an online retailer   
2	Receive it   
3	Initiate a return   
4	Send me the return label 

I will edit the label so that it says ‘delivered’ but never ends up at the retailer you purchased from. You will have to put the edit label on an empty box or bubble mailer and bring it to the return point. As soon as tracking shows delivered, you can ask the online retailer for a refund.
