Hey everyone! I'm u/Affectionate_Pie4281, a founding moderator of r/ResearchWritingSample.

This is our new home for long-form policy analysis, industry deep-dives, research writing, and data-driven reports on Indian economics, energy, defence, healthcare, and financial markets. We're excited to have you join us!

What to Post

Post anything that you think the community would find interesting, helpful, or inspiring. Feel free to share your thoughts, photos, or questions about Indian industrial policy breakdowns, energy sector analysis, systematic literature reviews, financial market research, defence procurement deep-dives, healthcare research methodology, or any well-researched long-form writing that connects data to clear arguments.

Community Vibe

We're all about being analytical, evidence-based, and clearly written. No fluff. No filler. Every post here should make you think or teach you something you didn't know. Let's build a space where rigorous research meets readable writing — and where people who value that kind of work can connect.

How to Get Started

• Introduce yourself in the comments below. Tell us what topics you care about — policy, energy, finance, healthcare, defence — whatever pulls you in.
• Post something today! Even a simple question about research methodology, Indian policy, or writing craft can spark a great conversation.
• If you know someone who would love this community — a researcher, a policy nerd, a writer who respects evidence — invite them to join.
• Interested in helping out? We're always looking for new moderators, so feel free to reach out to me to apply.

Who's Behind This

I'm Vishal — senior research writer with 5+ years and 400+ delivered projects across policy papers, dissertations, systematic literature reviews, and financial reports. This sub is my live portfolio. Every post here is written the way I'd write a commissioned report — researched, structured, and argued properly.

If you read something here and need similar work done — white papers, sectoral reports, SLRs, policy briefs, academic research — my DMs are open.

Thanks for being part of the very first wave. Together, let's make r/ResearchWritingSample amazing.
