Reset Collection not adding rom to library, despite it working elsewhere

I'm trying to add a 3DS rom to my Reset Collection library (Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr's Journey, if that matters), but even after refreshing the rom list, this game does not appear in the library. The rom is in the correct folder, with other 3ds roms that do appear in my Reset Collection library. I've also tested the rom in Citra, which does see the rom without issues, and it launches appropriately.

Any tips on how I might be able to ensure this rom appears in my library? I did strip the filename of special characters (like &, - and ') to see if that may help, but unfortunately it did not.
