Lincoln Rolleston Road & Pak’n’Sav

Does anybody know when PaknSav is due to be finished? Lincoln Rolleston Road is currently closed to traffic (!!!). I am very much over the traffic delays (currently waiting for a bus that is delayed by nearly 25 mins due to traffic detours). I am getting chilling flashbacks to the 27 years I lived in Auckland. Does anyone have the goss?
