Any current employees here that have issues with managers not knowing how to do their job? Mine will tell someone from the next shift not to come in for an hour or more but not inform the current shift who is waiting to go home. She also doesn’t train but expects new shift leads to know how to run a store. Even higher management watching the cameras complaining about workers sitting down when it isn’t busy but won’t take time to fix things in the store. Priorities aren’t straight here and I see why they struggle to keep employees.
