SIBO Antimicrobial Treatment Die-Off Symptoms?

Hi all, very grateful to have found this community. I'm four days into my herbal antimicrobial treatment and I'm wondering if others haven't really felt any flu-like, systemic die-off symptoms (head/joint aches, fatigue, etc.) when starting out w/ herbals, either? I just seem to be feeling the same if not a slight worsening of my regular symptoms (painful burping, reflux, etc.), but wasn't sure if it was common to experience old symptoms over new ones/if this would be considered "die-off" or not...
