Undergraduate Acceptance Requirements (International)

Question

Currently in my junior year, I plan to apply to SNU after senior graduation, alongside other schools in SK for finance/econ programs. With a TOPIK of 3 (haven't taken the test yet however this is what I think I'll get based on TOPIK practice exams and such), 4 APs (Stats, Psych, Comp Pol, and Environmental), 1 Honors (Cambridge Research), and one (maybe two) college level courses (Personal Finance [SUNY Albany] and possibly Intro to Criminal Justice [SUNY Westchester]). I am also looking into taking the IELTS and depending on my school's policies, will be dual enrolling online. My overall GPA of my 9th and 10th grade years were awful (2.44, 2.55), however this year I have had much better grades and optimistically maintaining a 3.7 GPA throughout 11-12th years. If I have an overall 3.1 GPA, what is a good SAT/ACT score to aim for? (to sort of make up for my poor grades).

And for my EC's: DECA (11-12 grade), Track (all four years and 8 seasons), Internship (finance related position), Volunteer (racked up over 200 hours), Investment Club (11-12 grade) (Extra mentions that I'm not sure count for college is Coursera/edX, CTY and other pre-college programs, and my personal stock portfolio).

I understand that this subreddit is more focused for SNU students however I am only asking for other people that may have gotten poor grades as I have and were admitted so I can understand what they did to make up for it. Thank you.
