[SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES]

SSS-819 is to be terminated once an effective and permanent method is discovered. Until that time, containment is the absolute priority. Previous termination attempts have only resulted in temporary physical damage.

SSS-819 is contained within a cylindrical containment chamber designated the "Aquarium," measuring 175 meters in diameter and 120 meters in height. All interior and exterior surfaces of the containment chamber are lined with 70 cm-thick titanium alloy plating. The chamber must be completely filled with a 98% concentration sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) solution. SSS-819 must remain fully submerged at all times to limit its mobility.

Any attempt by SSS-819 to move, vocalize, or show signs of breaching containment must be met with the immediate application of approved suppression measures, as outlined in Operational Document 819-Alpha.

Verbal or physical interaction with SSS-819 by unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited, as it has been proven to trigger aggressive and unpredictable responses from the entity. Any unauthorized personnel found entering a 5-meter radius of the containment chamber, or attempting to communicate with SSS-819, will be immediately detained and subjected to disciplinary action. In cases of severe violation, said personnel may be utilized as a calming subject for SSS-819, pending Ethics Committee approval.

High rates of protocol breaches and containment instability necessitate SSS-819's placement at Site [█████]. A sterile zone with a 120 km radius has been established around Site-77. All non-Foundation human activity within this zone is prohibited, and any pre-existing structures have been dismantled. The zone is monitored by drone units and patrols from Mobile Task Force Gamma-5 ("Reptile Supervisors").

[DESCRIPTION]

SSS-819 is a large-scale anomalous biological entity, resembling a theropod reptile (similar to a Komodo dragon or crocodile) with an estimated base mass of 40,000 tons.

The origin of SSS-819 remains undetermined. The entity was first detected and subsequently secured in the vicinity of [████████], later designated Site-57.

SSS-819 displays an exceptionally high level of intelligence, equivalent to or exceeding that of humans. More concerning, it has been observed engaging in complex, coordinated communication with several other high-level anomalies during limited contact incidents.

The motivation behind this communication is not understood; however, SSS-819's hostile disposition towards all forms of anomalous and non-anomalous life has been repeatedly confirmed through limited, high-risk interviews.

Physically, SSS-819 possesses extreme metamorphic and regenerative capabilities.

Its skeletal structure and body mass can rapidly increase or decrease, directly influenced by the volume of material it consumes.

SSS-819 can digest and derive energy from virtually any material, both organic and inorganic. This process is facilitated by a pair of internal filters located in its respiratory tract, capable of extracting usable material even from concentrated acid solutions.

SSS-819's regenerative capacity is beyond conventional biological understanding. The entity maintains full mobility and cognitive awareness even when over 99% of its biomass suffers severe damage, decay, or disintegration.

A low, deep growl accompanied by the sound of metal scraping, distorted by the microphone.

SSS-819: [Volume increases, still distorted] ...disgusting... All...

Dr. █████: Louder. D-089, increase the gain.

D-089: (Heavy breathing) Yes, Doctor.

A loud burst of static, then SSS-819's voice suddenly becomes clear and loud, accompanied by a wet snort close to the microphone.

SSS-819: EVERYTHING HERE... IS SO DISGUSTING.

D-089: (A short scream) My God—! ITS VOICE—!

A loud impact sound, cracking glass, and D-089's scream abruptly cut off, replaced by wet tearing sounds. The microphone captures the sound of SSS-819 growling and a body being dragged.

SSS-819: (Chewing and wet sounds) They... are still disgusting.

Emergency alarms sound. The breathless, distant voice of Dr. █████.

Dr. █████: (Via intercom) Abort! Abort session! Activate the sedation system—!

The sound of high-pressure fluid discharge and a piercing shriek from SSS-819, before cutting off abruptly.

Post-Incident Note: Personnel D-089 was declared missing and presumed deceased. The security glass panel showed structural fracturing up to 12 cm deep.
