Got back again should I apply for Revaluation to avoid year back

Got back again in 1st sem in 4th now teacher is saying apply for Revaluation but i need 22 ,23 marks in 2 subjects to pass and not get year back should I do it or not please tell anyone amount is very high soo I'm not sure should I do it or not 2750 per subject...if anyone have experience with these please do share will they pass me even i need 23,22 marks or it's waste of money and get year back and study well
