From STRs to an 81-Room Hotel
Greg Clark started operating STRs in 2017. Now he and his partners have bought an 81-room hotel in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, for $2.55 million and are putting another $1.1 million into renovations.
Clark previously converted a small Pigeon Forge motel into a 17-unit boutique property, but admits it still isn’t profitable.
