Hazard identification for meter workers

Use of data to identify risk

**Description:**

National Grid New England Electric Operations includes nearly 250 meter workers that interface with customers every day and often find themselves confronted with verbal and physical threats, aggressive animals or hazardous site conditions.  This presentation will talk about National Grid's effort to keep these workers safe through use of data, risk identification and enhanced training.  Shaun Vacher, VP of Electric Operations will be joined by Lenny Bolton, retired Maine State Police Officer, former Detective and now National Grid employee that transformed how we identify risk and mitigate hazards.
