Samsung has completely ruined the Android experience for me

I am a long time one plus user. My last phone was the 4 year old one plus 8 pro. I wanted to shake things up so I got a S24+. It is one of crappiest phones I have used.

1. I don't get good network. My friends with iPhones and my older one plus gets much better network coverage than the S24+. My phone even keeps disconnecting from the home WiFi "will reconnect when the signal improves" while my one plus is absolutely fine. This is such a basic requirement for a phone that I can't believe these scumbags actually released this crap. This might be the most sold Samsung flagship, but trust me, this will also be the last Samsung phone for many people.
2. Samsung apps are really crap? Why are they pushing bixby everywhere. I don't see Siri pushed everywhere on iPhone. I and everyone else on this earth hates bixby. What a stupid name as well. Can we please get rid of it? I hate the bloatware on my phone. For everything there are two apps. Who the fuck uses samsung software. Why can't they just realise and shut down their software business. No way is that a profit making business. If anything samsung software strongly reduces Samsung phone sales. The main reason I didn't buy a Samsung or a Vivo phone for so many years is to avoid the bloatware. Please, your software sucks. There is a trillion dollar company making the best software for Android so why are you wasting so many billions on software for s24+ and make a good phone bad?
3. The watch is barely a glorified fitness tracker. It is so so slow when it is brand new, I'm afraid what it is going to be like in a few months. And for some reason I don't get WhatsApp notifications or updates? I have to keep logging out and logging in again to get any updates which is ridiculous. And I literally don't get any useful notifications on it. Like map directions, emails, WhatsApp etc. To let Google assistant use voice commands to use WhatsApp I had to go to developer mode and give some permissions? Like wtf. Basic features should just work out of the box.

In general, I can't understand why, how, has Samsung made such terrible software. Like is it even possible? Don't they have any QAs or someone with half a brain. Do they use anything other than their own Samsung phones to realise how bad the software experience is? If they would just use stock android, this phone would far exceed it's existing experience.
