Done badly or done well?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to know since today I tried using a water balloon, about a fist and a half big, as an anal toy. I wanted to know if there's anything wrong with it, like if it breaks? Or does it hurt to even use it? Thanks everyone for your time. :>
