What’s your dogs schedule like? I’m concerned I’m not exercising him enough

I love my sheepadoodle, but apt life is hard. He’s so curious, sweet and playful yet I always feel like I’m not exercising him enough. What does a typical day look like? And also how have you found success in stimulating them?
