I put together this visual after thinking about which AI tools actually save me time during the workday.

A lot of “productivity” tools sound good on paper, but not many reduce real busywork.

These are the 7 I’d put on the list:

1. [SignQuick](https://signquickapp.com/)

This is the one I’m building.

I put it first because document work is still a huge time sink.

Reading contracts, checking key terms, sending them for signature, waiting on replies, and following up manually adds a lot of friction.

The idea with SignQuick is to make that simpler:

Read documents with AI
Summarize key information
Send contracts fast
Get signatures back
Reduce back and forth

1. ChatGPT

Good for writing, research, summaries, brainstorming, and general work support.

1. Notion AI

Useful for notes, docs, planning, and finding information faster.

1. Grammarly

Helps with writing, tone, grammar, and cleaning up communication.

1. Zapier

Still one of the best for automating repetitive tasks and connecting tools.

1. Canva AI

Useful for quick visuals, presentations, and content creation.

1. [Otter.ai](http://Otter.ai)

Good for meetings, transcripts, and turning conversations into notes.

The main reason these tools help is not that they do magic.

They remove small repetitive tasks that keep stacking up during the day.

For me, the biggest time drains are usually:

Reading long documents
Writing repetitive content
Following up on paperwork
Switching between apps
Cleaning up notes after meetings
Doing manual admin work

That is why I included SignQuick in the list.

I think contracts and document workflows are still an underrated productivity problem.

Curious what other people are using.
