Crash whenever I fast travel into HQ

I’m currently on the Memory lounger mission (waiting for Lupe to bring back lounger), and whenever I try to fast travel back into the HQ, my game crashes during the loading screen, what can I do?

The only other crashes I’ve had is in sanctuary sometimes, which is normal considering I have around 15/16 settlers, and I have no mods which could conflict with Sim Settlements (no settlement mods or anything like that)

Should I just wait until Lupe delivers the lounger and then fast travel back into HQ?
