Sleeping better somewhere other than your own bed says more than you think.
A friend of mine slept in our guest bed and said it was the best sleep she would had in months. It just made me realize how easy it is to get used to something if it is just a little bit off.
Waking up in the morning with a sore body but then it is gone an hour later. Or a physical thing that you do not notice anymore because you see it every day. The body adapts silently. While not everything is caused by the mattress, pain throughout the body is usually a sign of something else, like your sitting posture or your pillow.
Has anyone else noticed something like this too late?
