I'm weirded out from my father

Ever since I was a big kid my father acted weird drinked more arguing and more I'm 12 right now and today on 4th of July when I was going to take a shower until he said he loved me and looked at my body which made me feel uncomfortable and I just wanted my mother and sister to come back but this is the not end for some reason my father had gotten more strict like one time I eat all the ice cream sandwiches and I told my mom and he got mad at me and ground me and he doesn't understand me I have ADHD I was born with it and it was my whole personality but my father wasn't having ADHD and had some trauma from time I already have a therapist and tell her what happened please help me
