Reliability upgrades?

Just bought a 2010 SportTrac 4x4 with the 4.0 V6 and 5spd trans. Was wondering what kind of upgrades I can do to improve reliability? I’ve already heard to replace the heater line that runs to the heater core with an aftermarket one as it gets cracked as well as the intake manifold and the EGR valve. What other mods have you guys done for reliability?
