Can / should I stucco over these aluminum flanges? The wall is just paper, foam, wire mesh, and 1" of stucco so I used masonry screws and OSI Quad Max window / door sealant all side side except the bottom. In Cali so we don't get too much rain here. It's for a garage exhaust fan.
