Help with study permit

Hello i was wondering if somelne could tell me if i have chances of getting my study permit approved.

country:Spain

high school avg: 76%

IELTS: 7.5

LOA: Open studies Medicine hat college

i have been an exchange studentin grade 11 before and i had no problems

i will take physics 1 and 2 with calculus 1 and 2 and algebra plus the elective. The reason for not taking pre university science is because the 2nd science i did in grade 12 in Spain doesnt count for that course so Ill be taking chem 30 while i do what i just mentioned. After a year at mhc i wanna transfer to u of Regina for physics, i have proof that the courses transfer, my sponsor is my dads girlfriend as i dont have support from my parents. he has more than enough money to support me and it is proven with bank extracts and more. i would appreciate some feedback thanks
