Internship at HUG or CHUV

Hello all, I’d like to ask for tips and advice on how to get internships at the hospitals here or even other hospitals. I live in Geneva but I got my degree from Russia, I have a delf b2 but my mebeko certification isn’t out yet. I’m quite frustrated and I’d like some advice. Thanks!
