Which math class do I take for Nuclear Medicine?

I’m trying to get into nuclear medicine and I was told I can take Math 1314 or Math 1342 but I only see on the nuclear medicine page Math 1314. I’m currently registered for math 1342 and I really wanna make sure that class will work for my application before I pay for it.
