If anyone else having trouble with tmobile money?

I've had theory money account for years, never had any problems with it but I guess that's because I only put money in it and let it alone.

Recently I tried to use the money to pay bills using bill pay and everything that was sent out was returned. The payee received the funds but then I get a notice that payment wasn't message and funds were returned. Any one else experiencing anything similar?
