Is running 2 games still bannable?

I've seen people get banned by running games other than TBH so I avoided playing other games is it fixed now? I've seen people say they got banned for running games other than TBH at the same time, so I've avoided playing anything else while TBH is open. Is this still an issue, or has it been fixed? Has anyone been playing other games alongside TBH recently without getting banned?
