if you go with Ishtars, you've got 3 points left, enough for a T1 logi. it's gonna get melted in the first 1.5 minutes, so Ancillary remote reps should do us fine. this osprey has 15k EHP, and tanks a little with the ASB, and moves 1800 m/s cold and 2578 hot. it reps 566 per second until the charges run out, which takes right at one minute. i'll be shocked if it lasts that long, but if it buys us enough time to kill a dps ship or a logi, it will have done its job.
