Anyone else running a restaurant and tired of backend chaos?
I run a food outlet and honestly the hardest part isn’t customers or food quality. It’s the backend stuff nobody sees.
Orders from different platforms. Inventory numbers that never fully match. Staff asking the same questions because info lives in too many places.
We recently cleaned up some of that mess with custom automation and internal tools, and it’s been a relief. Nothing flashy, just fewer daily headaches.
Not saying everything’s perfect now, but work finally feels manageable instead of constantly reactive.
We worked with Trudosys for this, in case anyone’s curious. Thought I’d share because this kind of backend pain doesn’t get talked about enough.
