YALL MY FRIEND NEEDS HELP

There’s a tv show that she cannot remember the name of. It’s a 2000s-2010 animated show. She said it had a solid background colour and for on of the episodes there was a mayor who was yellow and had a wife. The characters were different colours and had a blocky colour.
