What do you think about the system of government I created?

Hi, my friend. May I ask you something? Do you think it would be fitting if an interstellar civilization were named the “Holy Sovereignty of Humanity”? Its government would be ruled by 24 sacred bloodlines, known as the High of Mankind, overseeing vast territories that sustain its military and economy.

Under its dominion lie around 200 subordinate states, which may take the form of a federal union, empire, republic, confederation, league, and many others. All of them swear loyalty to the Mother of Mankind.

The Holy Sovereignty of Humanity commands an absolute military, wielding highly advanced technology, colossal interstellar warships, and devastating weapons of mass destruction. Subordinate states are only required to pay population and ideology–religion taxes. Their systems of government remain free, but when summoned to face existential threats—be they aliens, Chaos Gods, the Void, angels, dimensional demons, or the Absyy—they must obey and march to war.
