Fasted Glucose Levels on Tesa

So a little context I’m 27 and weigh 211 and I’m 6’1”. My normal Fasted Glucose Levels are around 80 when taken in the morning on an empty stomach. I’m on my 2nd dose of my Tesa 2mg cycle and day 1 it jumped to 92 and today I tested my blood sugar and it was 101. Will my insulin sensitivity and Fasted Glucose Levels return to normal after my 2 month cycle?
