New (2026) Model Y vs Demo 2025 (Juniper)

Should I go for a new Model Y 2026 or should I get a demo 2025 Model Y? Looking at only RWD base version.

How much should be the Demo discounted for it to be a better decision? Assuming it would have already done between 4k to 7K KMs.
