Issue with data

Lately I've been fully losing my data. The symbol on the top right next to the wifi icon will go from bars to being a circle with a line through it. 🚫 I'm not sure why this issue has occurred, especially if I have not done anything different as of late.

The symbol appears when I am in my home or at my job. It's the equivalent of having no service in my location.

Anther issue I have had as of it ate is not being able to send or receive calls via my data. If someone calls me, my phone will ring. I get the notification and call screen but when I answer the phone my data will continuously turn on and off. I've got no clue how to fix it

I attempted to get textnow support but it seems I can only obtain their bot and not an actual human.
