trying to track down fine demo?

hey guys, i saw some lyrics on genius for a ‘fine’ demo from 1993, and was only able to find the demo in a handful of youtube videos, one of which was posted somewhere on this subreddit. can someone help me figure out if it’s legit? and if it’s legit, does anyone know where it came from/ what it was released on?

it SOUNDS real but the fact that i can’t find it literally anywhere other than those few videos is throwing me off.
