Confused between Bsc and Bsc Nursing ?

hello everyone i'm thinking of picking a career that would make it feasible for me to move abroad preferably germany i have two options

1- Do bsc from biology/life sciences/biotech whilst learning german and join masters programme in germany and then work towards a phd or jobs there.

2-do Bsc nursing whilst learning german and then apply for ausbildung nursing

I know the economy is currently stagnant but i want to choose a path with is more stable and more chances of getting a job as I'll be completing my bachelors in 2029

I Also want to know if situation gets tough and i can't do masters from abroad which degree will help me earn bread & butter in india ?
