Does Toughbuilt sell the female-end ClipTech bucket separately?

I've been using Toughbuilt's Cliptech system for a few years now. Is it possible to buy just the female hook? The part that hooks to the ClipTech bucket and is on all the pouched. I have two non-Toughbuilt molle pouches that I'd like to attach to my tote. These two-liter bags hold my basic tool set for home or biking, including screwdrivers, lights, a Tool-check plus, multitool, and hex set. I want to hang the bag on my wall and possibly carry it on my waist or tote.
