Really looking for some help here. Trying to find out if I was in the wrong on this right on red ticket.

Just got a ticket for taking a right on red on 87th and Kedzie in Evergreen Park, Illinois. If you look on street view on Google, there is a sign that says "red light photo enforced, right lane," but didn't see any signs indicating right on red. Turned right on red many times here in the past and haven't had a problem. Unless red light photo enforced means no right on red??? Let me know if I was in the wrong!
