Which of the Ṣaḍ-Ripu (Six Inner Enemies) Do You Struggle With the Most?

Dharma

In many Dharmic traditions, the Ṣaḍ-Ripu (Six Inner Enemies) are considered major obstacles to self-mastery and inner growth.

They are often understood as ego-driven tendencies that can cloud judgment, distort perception, and lead us away from reality:

- Kāma — uncontrolled desire or craving

- Krodha — anger and hostility

- Lobha — greed and endless accumulation

- Moha — attachment, confusion, or delusion

- Mada — pride, arrogance, or superiority

- Mātsarya — envy and jealousy

These are not external enemies but inner tendencies that can influence how we think, feel, and act.

Which of the Ṣaḍ-Ripu do you struggle with the most, and if you had to rank all six from strongest to weakest in your own life, what would your ranking be?
