U Visa BFD/EAD and Stem OPT

I have already received my BFD and EAD while I am waiting on the U Visa. I have to apply for STEM OPT extension as my initial OPT expires on 20th July 2025. I am really confused what should I do as lawyers are not giving any concrete opinions. What is the best route for me. Should I still apply for my STEM OPT or not. If I do can I use both of the work permits together or concurrently or work 2 jobs at the same time. I am really confused. I only have 2 weeks to decide. Your opinions and views might help.Thank you guys.
